The Concerning Midgets' website is Michael Naper's third piece of work. Involved in web design for a little more than three years, he currently has intentions for a career in web design. Although this is Naper's third website built entirely from his own web design knowledge, he is currently a commisioned webmaster for several other websites. Living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, Naper spends most of his time improving his websites and learning more about the language of the internet. Now at the age of 14, Naper has been awarded many professional web design awards including the Golden Web Award, the Webby Award, and the Diamond Web Award.
